Richa Kohli

Richa Kohli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, business transformation, and operations management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director for Partner Readiness at Vida Health, Richa leads account management initiatives focusing on CardioMetabolic conditions. Previously, Richa held key roles at Amgen, including Business Transformation Director and Access Marketing Lead, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency were achieved. Richa's career also includes notable positions at Anthem, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, demonstrating strong expertise in provider data strategy, quality insights, and financial controls. Richa holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Development from The George Washington University, an Executive Leadership Program certification from Anthem, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto. Richa is also an ISAACA certified auditor.
