Hannah Zoltie

Hannah Zoltie is an experienced nursing professional specializing in dementia and end-of-life care. Currently serving as Clinical Deputy Manager and Senior Nurse at Vida Healthcare since August 2019, Hannah focuses on advanced dementia care for younger individuals. Prior experience includes serving as a Nursing Specialist at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and as Head of Unit at Barchester Healthcare. Additionally, Hannah held roles as Senior Nurse and Staff Nurse within the NHS Bradford Districts Clinical Commissioning Group.
