Yumie Toka

Yumie Toka is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Global Head of Product Design at Vidaa USA, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this role, Yumie held various positions at CNN, including Creative Director and User Experience Lead, where responsibilities included enhancing video storytelling experiences and leading design projects for diverse platforms. Yumie's experience also encompasses a role as Sr. UX Lead at Turner Broadcasting and multiple positions at Yahoo!, focusing on user experience design and product development. Earlier career highlights include serving as Sr. Visual Designer at UPS Interactive Marketing and User Experience Designer at Sapient, where contributions were made to enhance digital experiences for major clients. Yumie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of South Carolina and has further education from ArtCenter College of Design.
