Ellen Paterson

Ellen Paterson has worked in the nutrition industry for over 25 years. In 1991, they began working as an Account Executive for Nestle Nutrition North America, where they used their business acumen and consultative selling to grow business in hospitals and long term care. In 2012, they became an Account Executive for Nestle Health Science's OPTIFAST division, where they developed hospital-based medical weight management and bariatric surgery clinic programs. In 2016, they took on the role of Dietitian Consultant for Net Intake, LLC, where they advised prospective bariatric clients on pre-weight loss surgery nutrition modifications. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for VidaFuel, where they are delivering the next generation of nutritional support products and improving health outcomes and overall quality of life.

Ellen Paterson has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutrition Sciences from Emory University and completed a Dietetic Internship at New York University. Ellen also holds a Registered Dietitian certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics obtained in May 1991. Ellen has additional certifications from AchieveGlobal (Winning Account Strategies, obtained in August 2012; Professional Selling Skills, obtained in September 2008), Verus Global (Pathways to Leadership), Wilson Learning (The Versatile Salesperson), and The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (Training in Adult Weight Management level 1, obtained in May 2013).
