Floor Kengen

Floor Kengen is an experienced professional specializing in coaching, consultancy, and public speaking. Currently serving as a Re-integratie consulent at Zuyderland since April 2023, Floor also holds long-term roles as a Trainer/jobcoach with both Vidar and Gemeente Sittard-Geleen, focusing on guiding candidates under the Participatiewet towards employment. Additionally, Floor has been a speaker at Humanistische Uitvaartbegeleiding since October 2017, overseeing memorial services, and holds various positions related to running, including Loopcoach and Mind-Walk trainer. Floor is also a Buitengewoon Ambtenaar Burgerlijke Stand for both Gemeente Beek and Gemeente Meerssen, presiding over weddings. Education includes degrees from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and specialized training in running therapy and coaching. Currently serving as the Secretary of Babsenvereniging Limburg since January 2015, Floor continues to contribute to the community in various capacities.
