Ivan Klymenko

Ivan Klymenko is an experienced professional in the fields of customer success, project management, and application support. Currently serving as the Training Manager at Vidby since October 2023, Ivan is focused on enhancing the learning experience for freelancers and employees involved in dubbing and subtitling on the Vidby.com platform. Previous roles include freelance work in audio dubbing, editing, and production, as well as customer researcher for Turnitin, where Ivan conducted initial research for the iThenticate product. At Unicheck, Ivan held dual roles as Customer Success Manager and Product Integrations Manager, significantly influencing product development and managing integrations with multiple LMS platforms. Earlier career experience includes working as an Application Support Specialist at EPAM Systems for Barclays and as a Network Operations Specialist at Venali Inc., where Ivan addressed networking issues in an e-faxing system. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
