Katye Hanlin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katye began their career as a Writing Intern at Woman to Woman Magazine in 2013 while also working as a Creative Strategist at Curious Jane. In 2009, they worked as a Student Manager at Chartwells (Higher Education Division).
In 2012, Katye worked as an Intern at Erie Times-News and also started their own business as a Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in helping clients, particularly women, achieve their fitness goals.
Katye's career in the automotive industry started in 2014 at Dominion Dealer Solutions, where they first worked as a Senior Equity Specialist, managing accounts, consulting clients on marketing strategies, and training staff. Katye later took on the role of Services Innovation Strategist, creating onboarding curriculum, coaching the client-facing services team, and maintaining best practice documentation. In 2019, they became a Subject Matter Expert, providing in-depth knowledge and recommendations for product enhancements.
Most recently, Katye worked at Videate as a Customer Success Manager, starting in 2023. In this role, they focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Throughout their career, Katye has demonstrated a range of skills including marketing, stakeholder engagement, training development, performance coaching, and project management.
Katye Hanlin attended Erie First Christian Academy where they received their High School Degree. After completing their high school education, they furthered their studies at Southeastern University from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.
