Jinaly Dani

Jinaly Dani is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various capacities, currently serving as Team Lead, Senior Resident Fellow, and Research Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy since August 2019. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at S&R Associates from August 2015 to April 2018, where Jinaly represented private equity firms in investments and acquisitions, and underwriters in initial public offerings and private placements. Jinaly holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Cambridge obtained in August 2019 and a BA LLB from Jindal Global Law School, completed in 2015.
