Martha Westerdahl, PMP

Martha Westerdahl, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management. Martha is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Vidorra Consulting Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Project Manager at SE2, LLC from April 2019 to July 2022.

From September 2015 to April 2019, Martha worked as a Senior Project Manager at nfrastructure. In this role, they were responsible for managing a Managed Services contract with a client in New York State, valued at over $10 million. Martha successfully automated manual processes, improved profitability, and enhanced data quality.

Before joining nfrastructure, Martha held multiple roles at MetLife. From October 2014 to September 2015, they served as a Senior Project Manager in the MetLife Direct to Consumer team, where they focused on improving vendor-partner data quality. Martha also played a key role in a $1.5 million product launch that was critical to the long-term strategy of the business.

Prior to their role at MetLife Direct to Consumer, Martha worked as a PMO Consultant in the Enterprise Infrastructure & Architecture PMO from May 2013 to October 2014. Martha owned program/project/portfolio standards and implemented training and job aids to maintain the team's maturity. Martha also led annual planning and introduced improvements to simplify the process and enable continuous planning.

From September 2011 to May 2013, Martha served in the Process and Controls Team of Enterprise Infrastructure and Architecture (EI&A) at MetLife. Martha transformed customer perception of the EI&A program and project management by implementing standard methodologies and training the team. Martha also set data standards for the Clarity portfolio management tool, which were subsequently adopted globally.

From February 2006 to September 2011, Martha held the role of Senior Technical Project Manager in the Enterprise Infrastructure and Architecture team at MetLife. Martha successfully delivered infrastructure to various critical business projects, managed teams of up to 40 personnel, and excelled in issue/risk/change management. Martha is recognized for their customer-focused approach, commitment to quality, and ability to build strong teams.

Martha Westerdahl started their career as a Consultant at Tekmark Global Solutions in September 2005 and then worked as a Project Manager at Bank of America from February 2002 to October 2004. Martha also served as a Project Manager at Type T from August 2000 to August 2001 and as a Systems Consultant at Fleet Bank from June 1995 to August 2000.

Throughout their career, Martha has demonstrated expertise in project management, delivering successful outcomes, and driving improvements within organizations.

Martha Westerdahl, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Cornell University. Additionally, they have obtained an Associates Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in January 2005. Furthermore, they have earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in November 2004.
