Jivan Ramsahai

Jivan Ramsahai has a diverse work experience, starting with their role at BlackBerry in 2007. Jivan initially worked as a BlackBerry Handheld Support and later moved on to become a Support Analyst for BlackBerry Enterprise Server Exchange/Domino. Jivan then transitioned to a Technical Quality Coaching Analyst and later as a Technical Coaching Program Logistics Specialist. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Training Content Analyst at BlackBerry.

In 2013, Jivan joined Vidyard as a Technical Account Manager, where they provided technical support to enterprise clients until 2015. Jivan then took on the role of Manager of Customer Experience, where they managed tier 1 enterprise accounts, developed and delivered customer training, and led the customer success managers. In 2016, they became a Product Manager at Vidyard before being promoted to the position of Director of Product Management in 2018.

Jivan Ramsahai completed a Bachelor of Mathematics degree at the University of Waterloo from 2003 to 2007. In 2021, Jivan also achieved a Product-Led Growth Certificate from ProductLed.
