Marija Ilic

Marija Ilic has extensive work experience in customer success, client services, and implementation services. Marija has been with Vidyard since 2016, starting as a Customer Success Manager and progressing to roles such as Launch Manager, Team Lead of Launch Services, Manager of Implementation Services, Senior Manager of Client Services, and currently holds the position of Director of Client Services. Prior to joining Vidyard, they worked at Sun Life Financial as a Financial Centre Resource Team Leader and Shared Services Coordinator.

Marija Ilic holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Adolescent Education from Daemen University, which was obtained from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and History from Wilfrid Laurier University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007.
