Aikta Dube

Aikta Dube currently serves as the Head of Credit and Credit Operations at VidyutTech, having joined in December 2023. Previously, Aikta held roles such as Lending Consultant at ONWO and Vice President - Risk at MoneyWide. Aikta's extensive experience in credit and risk management includes positions as Senior Director of Credit Risk at Line and Head Operations at Avail Finance, where responsibilities encompassed establishing credit operations and overseeing collection operations. Earlier roles at L&T Finance involved managing credit proposals for farm products and retail assets, alongside developing new financial products. Aikta began the career as a Summer Intern at Keventer Agro Ltd and served as Assistant Manager at Dimensions Private Ltd. Aikta holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Acharya Institute of Sciences.
