Stephan Bours

Stephan Bours has a diverse work experience in the field of plumbing and heating systems. Stephan began their career in 2007 at Peter Bours Bäder, Wärme & Regenerative Energien, where they worked as a Master until 2013. In 2015, they joined Viega GmbH & Co. KG as a Product Manager for Copper & Copper Alloy Systems, where they worked until 2017. Stephan then progressed to the role of Team Leader for Copper, Copper Alloy & Steel Systems from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, Stephan was promoted to Director of Product Management for Thin Wall Systems, and in 2022, they advanced to the position of Director of Market Management for Global Sales.

Stephan Bours obtained a Bachelor's degree and Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technology from Rheinische Akademie Köln gGmbH. Stephan also earned a degree in Business Economics, Human Resource Management, and Law (Betriebs-, Personalwirtschaft und Recht) as a Business Economist (Betriebswirt) from Handwerkskammer Karlsruhe. Furthermore, Stephan studied Gebäude Energie Technik and acquired certifications as a Gebäudeenergieberater HWK and a Plumbing and Heating Construction Master (Sanitär und Heizungsbau Meister) from Handwerkskammer Aachen.
