Rafael Mas has an extensive background in the bakery and pastry sectors, currently serving as a Técnico instructor en Panaderia at Establiments Viena, S.A. since September 2003. Prior to this role, Rafael was a Profesor Técnico at Escola Gremi de Pastisseria de Barcelona i Provincia, focusing on artisanal pastry, and served as a Profesor de pastisseria at GREMI DE FLEQUERS DE BARCELONA. Additionally, Rafael gained practical experience at Pastissart, S.A. as Técnico Panadería-Pasteleria, where demonstrations and support for production were primary responsibilities.
