Michael Simons

Michael Simons started their work experience in 2001 as a Sales Account Manager at Cargill. Michael worked in this role from July 2001 until February 2007. In February 2007, they joined Vienna Beef as the VP of Purchasing, where they continue to work.

Michael Simons attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus on Market and Price Analysis.
