Yves Joyal

Yves Joyal has extensive experience in project management and leadership within the construction and military sectors. Currently serving as Director of Viera Pools & Outdoor Living at Viera Builders since September 2017, Yves also previously held the role of Sr. Materials Manager. With a solid foundation as an Independent Consultant and Contractor from November 2011 to September 2017, Yves specialized in design-build hardscape and mechanically stabilized earth structures. A retired Major from the Army National Guard, Yves contributed to various roles, including Project Manager at Madawaska Hardscape Products, Inc. and Contracting Officer Representative during Operation Iraqi Freedom for the US Army. Additional managerial experience includes overseeing projects at Portland Brick Paving and Northeast Masonry Corporation. Yves holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, along with advanced military education from the Command and General Staff College and certifications from the Defense Acquisition University.
