Wasim Shaikh

Wasim Ahmed Shaikh is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Vierra Property since January 2011, Wasim oversees all brokerage operations and has significantly strengthened the company's position in the Dubai property market, particularly in Dubai Silicon Oasis and other communities. Previously, as Sales Manager at House of Property Dealers from February 2004 to June 2011, Wasim established the brokerage operations and built a team of senior brokers while reporting directly to the Managing Director. Wasim holds an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from IBMS, completed between 2013 and 2015.
