Tom Grealish

Tom Grealish has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tom currently works at Viessmann as both the Head of Recruitment Operations and the Global Head of TA Operations, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at SAP Fioneer from March 2022 to September 2022. From 2017 to 2022, Tom worked at Amazon, first as a Senior Recruiter and later as a Manager of Talent Acquisition. Tom began their professional career at RED - The Global SAP Solutions Provider in 2009, where they held multiple roles, including Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Account Manager & Senior Delivery Consultant, and Delivery Consultant. Before that, they worked at Telstra as a Retail Sales Consultant in 2007 and at The Carphone Warehouse Ireland as a Retail Sales Consultant in 2006.

Tom Grealish has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Economics from the University of Galway, which they obtained between the years 2000 and 2003. Tom also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Science of Entrepreneurship Management from the University of Limerick, completed from 2004 to 2005. In addition, they have a PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from Amazon, obtained in 2021.
