Tim Seltzer

CFO & Director Of Corp. Investments at Viet Thai International - VTI Group

Tim Seltzer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tim started their career as a Senior Business Consultant and Auditor at Arthur Andersen in 1994. After working there for four years, they moved on to become a VP at Investec, a middle market technology-focused investment bank, where they specialized in private placements, mergers and acquisition advisory services, and strategic advisory services. During their time at Investec, they played a key role in originating, analyzing, structuring, marketing, and closing over 30 capital markets, M&A, and financial advisory transactions. In 2003, they joined the United States Peace Corps as a Volunteer, where they taught business courses in Russian and English at a local university and provided consulting services to local businesses. In 2005, they became the Managing Director of the SEAF Blue Waters Growth Fund, a private equity fund focused on Vietnam. In this role, they were responsible for structuring, closing, and launching the fund, as well as developing and executing all aspects of the fund's strategy and operations. Lastly, they worked as the CFO and Director of Corporate Investments at Viet Thai International since 2008. Overall, Tim Seltzer has demonstrated their expertise in finance, investment banking, private equity, and consulting throughout their career.

Tim Seltzer completed their undergraduate education at Saint Joseph's University from 1989 to 1993. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting during this period. Later, from 1993 to 1994, Tim pursued their postgraduate studies at the same institution, completing a Master of Science degree in International Marketing.
