Trung Pham

Trung Pham has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Deputy Manager cum AMOS Training Manager at Vietnam Airlines Engineering Company since September 2009. In this role, Trung Pham leads the AMOS implementation project, focusing on training needs assessment, project planning, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, Trung Pham held positions as Deputy Manager and Training Development Executive, emphasizing the importance of training activities that balance stakeholder interests for the benefit of the company and its employees. Previously, experience includes working as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and Sales Engineer at Azbil Vietnam Co. Ltd. Trung Pham holds advanced degrees in aviation safety and international air transport operations from ENAC and ISAE-SUPAERO, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineer Technology from Le Quy Don University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hanoi University.
