Nhung Nguyen is a seasoned professional in sales management with extensive experience in the financial and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Wealth Telesales Manager at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) since April 2022, Nhung oversees the operation and sales team while focusing on training and implementing effective sales strategies. Previously, Nhung was a Telesales Manager at Concentrix, where responsibilities included managing team performance metrics and supporting team leaders. Earlier experience includes a role as Sales Supervisor at THIEN TU, with a focus on training new staff and enhancing sales skills, and as a Team Leader at Prudential Vietnam Finance Company Ltd.
