Vu Tien Hiep

Vu Tien Hiep has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience at several notable banks in Vietnam. Vu Tien began their career at Techcombank (TCB) in 2004, where they worked as a Card Officer until 2006. Vu Tien then moved on to Global Petro Joint Stock Bank - GPB, where they served as Deputy Director of the Card Center from 2007 to 2010. In this role, they were responsible for building a new card management system and providing training to tellers and customer relationship officers. Since 2010, Vu Tien Hiep has been working at Vietnam International Bank, where they hold the position of Customer Relationship Director. In this role, they are involved in developing new card products and services, particularly for educational institutions. Vu Tien oversees the sale and issuance of co-brand name cards and supports students in paying tuition through various channels such as ATM, POS, SMS, mobile banking, internet banking, and electronic wallet.

Vu Tien Hiep obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial industry from the National Economic University in Vietnam. Vu Tien then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from CFVG - Centre Franco-Vietnamien de formation à la Gestion from 2012 to 2014.
