Erik Vu brings extensive experience in marketing and customer relations across various industries. Currently serving as Deputy Head of Marketing at Vietravel since July 2023, Erik previously held the position of Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia at QLM Label Makers from July 2021 to February 2023. As Brand Manager at Sakura Cosmetics and Genki Dermatology Clinic, Erik oversaw two distinct brands, enhancing customer experience and driving sales through strategic process optimization. Notably, during the tenure at Vietravel from 2012 to 2019, Erik consistently exceeded sales targets and contributed to prestigious company awards. Earlier roles include Senior Sales & Marketing Executive at VUS - The English Center and Customer Service Officer at Saigon Sky Garden. Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
