Madeline Campbell

Madeline Campbell is a dedicated news reporter currently working for the Flint Township/Flushing View newspapers, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Madeline served as a Communications Specialist at the University of Michigan-Flint from June 2022 to November 2023 and as a Marketing Assistant/PR at Lapeer County Community Mental Health from June 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a marketing assistant at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a writer and assistant editor at Michigan Advance, and a digital producer at WEYI - NBC25/FOX66. Madeline also worked as a weekend evening producer at WJRT, Inc., served as both a copy editor and senior reporter at The Michigan Times, interned at the Mackinac Island Town Crier, and was an office assistant at the University of Michigan-Flint’s Student Success Center. Madeline holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a cognate in Journalism from the University of Michigan-Flint, completed in 2015.
