Kathy Hughes-Roy

Kathy Hughes-Roy is an experienced operations and people management professional with a strong background in the technology and construction software industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at ZynBit since March 2016, Kathy has also held roles such as Manager of Services and Support at Viewpoint Construction Software since February 2007, and People Operations Manager at both ZynBit and Cirrus Insight from March 2020 to January 2021. Previous positions include Vice President of Support and Services at Construction Imaging and Branch Support Manager at SGI. Kathy began a career in technology as a Principle Systems Programmer at Hughes STX. Academically, Kathy holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
