Emmerson Hernandez

Emmerson Hernandez has a diverse work experience in the audiovisual industry. Emmerson is currently working as a Customer Experience AV Engineer at ViewSonic since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Extron from November 2018 to October 2020 as a Tradeshow Audiovisual Technician, where they were responsible for setting up top-edge Extron AV technology for tradeshows in the EMEA region. Emmerson also prepared technical documentation and managed Extron working stations for regional offices. From September 2014 to July 2018, Emmerson worked at MAGIX GROUP OFICIAL as an Audiovisual Technician, specializing in the installation of audiovisual and interpreting systems for corporate events in prestigious hotels. Emmerson handled logistics, equipment preparation, and communication with clients to address their technical requirements. In addition, Emmerson had a role as an Instructor at The Loft Music Academy from an unspecified start date until 2018, where they directed and taught the Music Marketing module and instructed on Ableton Live for the Electronic Music Diploma. Lastly, they worked as a Recording Engineer at Lipsync Audio Video from an unspecified start date until 1998, where they recorded dubbing for various TV series, documentaries, and programs in the Latin-American market. From 1997 to 2000, Emmerson attended Taller de Arte Sonoro (AES) Caracas, Venezuela, where they obtained a degree in Audio Engineering with a field of study in Professional Audio.

In 2008 to 2009, Emmerson studied Music Business Studies at SAE Institute.

In 2018 and 2019, Emmerson enrolled at Extron Institute in the Netherlands and earned two degrees in Audiovisual Communications Technologies/Technicians. Emmerson obtained an AV Associate Certificate and an ITP Certification from Extron.

In addition to their formal education, Emmerson has obtained several certifications. In March 2019, they became an Extron Certified ITP from Extron. Furthermore, they obtained bachelor's level certifications in Commercial Display, Large Format Display, and Projector from ViewSonic in March 2021. In November 2018, Emmerson also became an Extron Certified A/V Associate.
