Tracey Gear has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Tracey started their career as a Business Development Manager at AAPT in 1995, where they remained until 1997. From 1997 to 2007, they worked at Ipex Information Technology Group Pty Ltd as a Business Development Manager, where they won tenders for clients such as Telstra, QLD Health, QLD Education, and University of NSW.
