Dwayne Stanley

Dwayne Stanley, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Program Management at Vigil Neuroscience, providing leadership in strategic and operational program management for lead development programs. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Program Management at Kaleido Biosciences, where program alignment with corporate strategy was a primary focus, and Associate Director of Program Management at Epizyme, leading activities for TAZVERIK's approval. Dwayne has also held positions at Hologic, Hill-Rom, Nypro, Karl Storz Endovision, and Boston Scientific, contributing to a diverse range of program management and engineering initiatives. Dwayne holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
