Matti Viita

Matti Viita is an experienced executive in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as CEO of Viimatech Digital Oy since July 2017, specializing in IoT solutions for optimizing predictive maintenance and energy consumption in electrical motors. In addition, since April 2010, Matti has held the position of CEO at Viimatech Ltd, focusing on consulting for technology SMEs in growth and globalization. Previous roles include Partner at Mazetec Energy Consulting LLC & DMCC, where Matti addressed energy efficiency challenges in the Middle East, and Product Line Manager at SGS Fimko Oy, managing product requirements and testing services for the Finnish electronics industry. Additionally, Matti served as Vice President at Efore Plc, overseeing a business unit providing custom power supplies, and as Area Manager at ABB, supporting sales in the UK and Ireland. Matti Viita holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
