Michael Brignati

Michael Brignati is an Assistant General Counsel at ViiV Healthcare, where Michael serves as the Head of Legal for ViiV R&D, M&A, and Licensing. Michael previously worked at Penn State University as an Associate General Counsel and at Novo Nordisk A/S as an IP Counsel. With a background in both law and microbiology, Michael has extensive experience advising on research and development activities, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
