Nima Akhavein

Nima Akhavein is an experienced professional in drug product and device strategy, currently serving as the Head of Drug Product and Device Strategy at ViiV Healthcare and previously held the position of Director of Drug Product Strategy at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Fellow and Scientific Leader, as well as Investigator in Drug Delivery Technology at GSK. Nima Akhavein has also worked as a Visiting Investigator at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, an Assistant Professor at Touro College, and a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Columbia University.
