Kelsey O'Connor

Kelsey O'Connor has a diverse background in operations and management across various roles and industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations for DTC USA at VIK Chile since June 2020, Kelsey previously held positions at Vik Retreats Jose Ignacio, including Senior Operations Project Manager and Personal Assistant since August 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual from April 2012 to July 2013, where Kelsey educated individuals about career opportunities in financial services. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University, earned between 2008 and 2011, and attended Plymouth State University in 2007-2008.
