Ritika Sharma

Ritika Sharma has over 15 years of experience in human resources and administration. Ritika is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Administration at Vikas Publishing since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Plaza Premium Group from February 2019 to May 2021. Ritika also served as the Manager of HR & Admin at Jyoti International Foods Pvt. Ltd. (JIFPL) from April 2014 to December 2018 and as a Manager of Human Resources at Cafe Coffee Day from March 2008 to June 2013. Before that, they started their career as an Executive HR at Team Computers from July 2006 to March 2008. Overall, Ritika Sharma has gained extensive experience in HR management throughout their career.

Ritika Sharma completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Hons) from Delhi University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their XIIth from Fr. Agnel School from 1990 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification as a Certified Trainer in PoSH from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) in February 2023.
