Darby Napieralski

Darby Napieralski, M.S., is an accomplished marketing communications professional with extensive experience in producing and managing corporate content. Since May 2019, Darby has served as Manager of Marketing Communications at Viking Group Inc., overseeing corporate and executive initiatives, including a variety of content types such as video, press releases, and marketing literature. Darby leads a creative team focused on developing visual communication assets. Previously, Darby worked as a Marketing Communications Specialist, collaborating closely with senior leadership to execute go-to-market product launches and internal content initiatives. Prior experience includes leading the communications team at Xtend and holding various graphic design and communications internships. Darby holds a Master of Science in Communications from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Saginaw Valley State University.
