August Kyaw Soe Han is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and management across various companies in the insurance and business sectors. Currently serving as the Country Manager at Poe-ma Assurances since June 2021, August has previously held key roles such as Director of Sales and Business Development at Zware Group and Vice President and Chief Representative at Marsh, where strategic leadership and annual business planning were paramount. Earlier in the career, August functioned as Chief Country Representative for Chubb (formerly ACE Group), establishing the company's presence in Myanmar and developing crucial relationships within the financial services sector. Additionally, August contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at Chindwin College, and in managerial positions at See Zar Soe San and Lightcraft Pte. Ltd., driving project initiatives and sales outcomes. August holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
