Pia Valve

Pia Valve has a diverse work experience starting in 1998 as a Training Coordinator at Lahti Polytechnic. Pia later worked as an HR Consultant at McDonald's from 1999 to 2001 and then as an HR Manager at Hotel Kämp from 2001 to 2005. Pia also served as an HR Manager at Palace Kämp Group in 2005 and as an HR Generalist at Eaton Corporation in 2006. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Consultant at HR4 Solutions before becoming the HR Director at Marioff Corporation Oy from 2009 to 2014. Pia then joined Carrier Commercial Refrigeration as the Director of Human Resources for Northern Europe from 2014 to July 2019. Currently, Pia Valve holds the position of VP HR and Communications at Viking Malt since August 2019. Throughout their career, they have focused on strategic HR work, talent management, leadership, and organizational development.
