Erica Mack has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Regional Director of Human Resources at Viking Pest Control since September 2018, after holding the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes roles at American Pest as Administration & Human Resources Assistant, where responsibilities involved managing medical insurance and maintaining HR records, and as Human Resources/Office Manager at All Seasons, overseeing administrative tasks for the CEO. Erica began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Sun City Pest Control, focusing on workflow management and system development. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University and a Minor in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
