Pankaj Kandpal

Pankaj Kandpal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and business planning, currently serving as Senior Manager at Vikram Solar since April 2018. Kandpal has a strong background in operations improvement through data analytics and has played a key role in implementing SAP S4 HANA in manufacturing. Prior to this, Kandpal gained valuable experience at Tata Chemicals as Manager of Reliability & Planning, where responsibilities included budgeting, contract finalization, and project management, as well as leading process improvement initiatives under Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Earlier in the career, Kandpal worked at ONGC Petro Additions Limited as Sr. Executive in Projects, focusing on quality assurance in mechanical equipment commissioning. Kandpal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an MBA in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
