Francesca Della Savia, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience. Francesca started their career as a Contributing Author for Students.org from September 2013 to December 2015. In 2014, they worked as a Business Analyst as part of the BMO/Harris Student Internship Program at BMO Financial Group. Francesca then moved on to roles at the Schulich School of Business, where they served as the Co-President of the Schulich Charity Association from April 2014 to May 2015, and before that, they were the Co-Creative Director of Events for the Fashion Show. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Director of the Fashion Show from September 2011 to March 2013. Francesca also held a position as a Formal Committee Member on the Undergraduate Business Council at the Schulich School of Business from January 2015 to May 2015. Francesca also gained experience as a Public Relations Team Member at MacIntyre Communications for a short period from May 2016 to August 2016. In addition, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at House of Lennon Bespoke Neckwear from January 2016 to May 2016. Since October 2018, Francesca has been an active member of the Villa Colombo Toronto Auxiliary (VCTA), first holding the role of Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator from November 2016 to October 2018. Francesca then served as Vice President from October 2018 to October 2021 and later became the President from October 2021 to September 2023. Francesca is currently working as a Fundraising Specialist at Villa Charities Inc. since September 2023. Francesca also has experience serving on the Villa Colombo Toronto Board of Governors as an Ex-Officio member from October 2021 to September 2023.
Francesca Della Savia, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2022 to 2023. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the same institution, specializing in Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, and Responsible Business from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they pursued a Parsons x Teen Vogue Certificate in Fashion Industry Essentials at the Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2016 to 2017. Francesca completed their secondary education at Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School from 2007 to 2011.
