Lance Niederhaus CPA has a diverse range of work experience. Lance most recently worked at LS Accounting & Tax Services, SC, where they served as a Co-owner, providing cross-border accounting and tax services for individuals and businesses in Mexico and the USA. Lance also had a role as an Investment Manager at Destino Magazine, RE Mexico Real Estate Group, FBO Loreto, and Casa Amigos Restaurant & Cantina. Lance worked as an Associate at Juan Perez Y Asociados and as the Director of Finance & Treasury at Villa Group. Lance also has experience as the Owner of Paradise Planning, LLC and as the VP Finance & Administration at Club Tesoro. Lance served as the Chief Financial Officer at Chileno Bay from 2004 to 2009.
