Eddy Mouhou

Eddy Mouhou is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Divisional Vice President of Operations at Villa Restaurant Group since February 2019, Eddy has also held the position of Director of Operations at Villa Enterprises Management since November 2016 and District Manager since October 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing more than 15 restaurants, enhancing operational excellence, training, coaching, and motivating managers. Prior experience includes General Manager at Bistro Foods Inc. from May 2004 to September 2007, and Co-owner of Roma Pizza from January 2002 to March 2004. Eddy holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, having studied at Ramapo College of New Jersey and Bergen Community College.
