Nick Haak

Nick Haak is an experienced manager in the food and beverage industry, currently co-managing the largest Starbucks unit at Newark Airport since March 2023 for Villa Restaurant Group. Previously, Nick served as the Starbucks Manager at Applegreen from July 2021 to March 2023. Nick's extensive background includes roles as Food and Beverage Operations Manager at HMSHost from October 2015 to July 2021 and F&B Operations Manager at Compass Group USA, where employment spanned from August 1996 to April 2013. Nick's career in culinary management began after completing educational programs at Middlesex County Vocational from 1990 to 1994 and at Johnson & Wales University from 1994 to 1995.
