Craig Wilkinson

Craig Wilkinson has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance roles within aviation and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Group Support Engineer and Lead Engineer at The Village Bakery Group since September 2021, Craig is responsible for scheduled and reactive maintenance, as well as project implementation. Prior roles include Specialist Support Aviation Technician at BAE Systems for Saudi Defence Training, Mechanical Engineer Team Leader at Babcock International Group, and various positions within the Royal Air Force from 2004 to 2020, including Puma 2 Maintenance Facility Team Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, and Mechanical Engineer on Hercules C130J. Craig holds training credentials from No1 School of Technical Training at RAF Cosford, llandrillo technical college, and ysgol dyffryn Conwy.
