Manny Ballesteros

Manny Ballesteros is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in the hospitality and food service industry. Currently serving as the Multistore Operations Manager at Village Baking Co. since November 2022, Manny has previously held the position of General Manager at The Village Dallas from March 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Brand Manager at Candytopia from February 2019 to March 2021, as well as management roles at Lombardi Family Concepts Restaurants in 2017 and Happiest Hour from March 2015 to January 2017. Manny also demonstrated leadership as General Manager at Third Base from June 2008 to October 2010.
