As People Operations Manager at Village Capital, Sophia partners with leaders and supervisors across the organization to ensure that team members have a productive and rewarding experience and that the company is achieving its strategic, operational, and DE&I goals while staying in regulatory compliance in the markets they operate in.

She’s particularly excited about creating processes and policies that provide team members with the support and infrastructure they need to perform their jobs to the best of their ability.

Sophia joined Village Capital from multiple roles in the health and wellness industry, where she worked on operational projects to support companies’ growth and led hospitality efforts to improve customer experience.
