Paul Bates

Paul Bates is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Village Health Clubs & Spas since March 2023. Prior roles include Facilities Supervisor at Johnson Controls and Silent-Aire, where Bates contributed to the production of custom hyper cooling units. As Warehouse Manager at Carwash Services of Arizona, Bates was selected by the new CFO and Owner. Earlier experience includes various roles at Bonnell Aluminum over more than three decades, including Production and Finishing Manager, Stamping Supervisor, and Maintenance Technician, achieving significant cost savings through vendor negotiations and process improvements. Bates has also worked part-time as a Color Analyst for Regional Radio Sports Network and holds an Associate's degree from Indiana University South Bend.
