Penny McAlpin

Penny McAlpin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and wellness. As the Founder and Principal of Parker Group Leasing since July 2022, and an Associate Broker at Munroe Multifamily since February 2024, Penny has demonstrated expertise in the real estate sector. Parallel to these roles, Penny serves as a Hot Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide at Village Health Clubs & Spas since July 2019. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Capital Allocation Partners as Partner and Director of Operations, and Vice President of Communications, as well as Vice President of Global Membership at Entrepreneurs' Organization. Penny's career began at Cargill as a Strategic Account Manager. Penny holds a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed real estate broker, along with being a 200-hour certified yoga teacher.
