Carolyn Stent

Carolyn Stent is a seasoned educator and writer with extensive experience in teaching English as a second language. Currently serving as a Staff Writer for Village Missions since June 2021, Carolyn previously worked as a Substitute Teacher at Abiqua Academy. With a significant tenure at Ningxia University, Carolyn taught various courses from September 2009 to July 2020, including Advanced Writing, and collaborated with a colleague on co-teaching. Additionally, Carolyn has been involved with the English Language Institute/China from January 2004 to July 2020. Carolyn holds a Master's degree in TESOL from Azusa Pacific University, a certificate in Chinese Language from Northeast Normal University, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Biblical Studies from Multnomah University.
