Katrina Hanna

Katrina Hanna serves as the Director of Financial Services and Treasurer for the Village of Barrington, overseeing financial operations and the IT function, and managing the Barrington Police and Fire Pensions. Previously, Katrina held the position of Superintendent of Business Services at the Crystal Lake Park District, where responsibilities included finance, HR, and IT management, and the preparation of annual budgets and audits. Prior roles include Assistant Finance Director and Accounting Supervisor at the Village of Carpentersville and positions at the Park District of Highland Park and Village of Lake Zurich, where financial management and audit coordination were key duties. Katrina began their career in accounting at Sikich and various other companies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
