Rubin Maross has extensive experience in utility management, currently serving as Utilities Foreman at the Village of Frankfort since June 2015. Prior to this role, Rubin worked as Operations Foreman at Thorn Creek Basin Sanitary District from June 2001 to February 2013, where management and operational oversight of sanitation facilities were key responsibilities.
